Do not panic if you did not get your design within 1 day after making payment, please follow the instruction below: First check the spam folder in your email inbox Second, Be sure to check the email which is used when you make payment. Third: contact us and we will reply your request by email within 48 hours.

What are stencils (line drawings) and why are they important?
you get the STENCILS (LINE DRAWINGS) for the design, which the tattoo artist will use to create the actual tattoo on your body. Many tattoo artists will actually charge more if you bring in a design without stencils to pay for the time it takes them to create them
